If you make a Mistake Buying an Item email me immediately "NOT AFTER THE SALE CLOSES" So I can re-list the item and cancel the sale with eBay.

DESCRIPTION: All items are marked NEW or USED in the Description, if used condition is explained in detail. If you buy you are obligated to pay for the Item! All items new or used are still Surplus items sold on eBay. The customer is buying the item at the price he or she is willing to pay. Knowing that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! on any item marked USED, AS-IS or Used with Condition Un-known . If an item is sold as New and it arrives defective, a Claim via email must be made within 48 hours of the web published USPS Delivery Confirmation date and item must be shipped back to SURPLUSPLUS within 72 hours of the web published USPS Delivery Confirmation date. A RMA# will be issued to return the product, The product must be Shipped to SELLER, as originally shipped to the buyer, The product must include all original packing and manuals etc. for inspection. The RMA# must be on the outside of the box that is being returned or it will be refused. No COD Returns Accepted. "Delivery Confirmation Required on all RMA returned items" ( U. S. A. Only ) At the discretion of SURPLUSPLUS a refund of the Sale Price ONLY, (shipping not refundable), will be issued or the product will be replaced and shipped at no additional cost. REMEMBER: The Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges to and from SURPLUSPLUS and shipping is not refundable.

REMEMBER: I Buy and Sell SURPLUS, Some Equipment Items are Perfect and some are not! I do not test or calibrate any equipment that I sell. Most of the Equipment is Old or Discontinued, Some Equipment may have rust or corrosion on components or hardware not visible unless you remove the covers etc, Which I do not do. In my description, I try to describe the visible physical condition only, I do not knowingly misrepresent any item that I sell.
